No enterprise markup and no contracts you can't get out of. Pick the plan that fits your shop, change it whenever, and only pay for what you use.
Your monthly fee covers proactive monitoring, remote support, and the included hands-on hours shown above. Anything beyond that is quoted and approved first, then billed at 15% off the $110 hourly rate. Hardware, software, and licenses are billed at cost.
One-time setups and builds: a network, a server, a payment portal, a PC rollout. A full-stack build (network, systems, and payments together) usually runs 40–50 hours, around $6,000–8,000. You get the all-in price up front, before any work starts.

These are starting prices for small businesses, not a ceiling and not enterprise rates. Tell me about your shop and I'll quote it straight. No long contracts, cancel a plan anytime.
Worth knowing what the market charges, so you can see where this lands.
IT support. Independent techs usually run $100 to $200 an hour. Managed-service companies bill per user or per device, and once you add it up a small business often pays anywhere from a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars a month. Larger firms charge more, with onboarding fees on top.
Inventory & operations systems. Off-the-shelf software runs $50 to $300+ a month, and it keeps charging per seat or per location for as long as you use it. A custom system built by an agency commonly lands in the $10,000 to $50,000+ range, plus hosting. The trouble with off-the-shelf is it rarely fits how a trade actually works.
Where I land. One person instead of a firm, fixed quotes instead of surprise bills, and self-hosted instead of a monthly software treadmill, so you own the system instead of renting it forever. The $6,000 to $8,000 full-stack build above would often be quoted well into five figures elsewhere.
Tell me what you're running and I'll point you to the right plan, or quote the job. No pressure.
